Are calls really unlimited?
Yes, Completely unlimited calls to any mobile or landline network in South Africa. We restrict usage for call centres and unusual call activity.
What network do you use?
We make use of the MTN Network. Your device will be pre-installed with your sim card ready to use.
Can I use my Cellphone?
A device is supplied on the Mobile Unlimited Plan, Devices are required for the Business Unlimited. A cellphone with App can only be used on our CloudPBX systems.
Is Delivery Free?
Yes, delivery is free to any address in South Africa. When you receive your device, simply switch it on and you ready to go.
How do I pay?
Your bank account will be debited monthly for the subscription fee. A debit order form will be signed with us after you send through your order. Once we debit your account o the first payment, your device will be delivered to you.
What is the Term Contract?
24 or 36 months
Can I port my Number?
Yes you can port any existing landline or PBX number at no additional fee.
Can I get a Number Prefix of a Different City?
Yes you can, no matter where you located, you can choose a prefix for any city. e.g.: If you located in Johannesburg and require a number for Cape Town, simply choose the 021 prefix on the order form.
